plants that my trainer but I really wanted to I feel like I had to say all this
today just so you can understand where I'm coming from and hopefully you don't
inspire some of you I'm yeah this is this video I said it will not be my last
video about this topic because something I've been actually really passionate
about I mean I don't know and you know some people asked about how I get motivated
to go I just I want to go I don't know something clicked in my mind I was like
and I was just know like I want to do this and so it's quite surprising but I
freaking love it and yeah I just love my gym and it's just great I mean I don't
mind going there on a Friday night so I learned why drinking makes you fat from
the goals girl I think her name on YouTube I alternate like her double up
basically when you drink alcohol your body cannot basically alcohol is like
poison to your body and so your body needs to amana metabolize the alcohol as
soon as possible to get it out of your body and so while your body is trying to
get rid of the alcohol your body stops burning fat now if you're trying to lose
weight and you drink your body is basically gonna stop burning your fat for to
at least two days and so I was like why would I do that to myself you know like
yes you know as I said I tried losing weight in the past but I was like when
you go to
the
gym you put in so much work and so you don't want to just ruin your work with
like alcohol so I haven't been drinking I'm not saying I'm I'm never gonna
drink again I do love Keto Fit
Australia to go out and have fun I really love it but right now I'm
just like you know what I'm gonna focus on different things for now I don't
feel the need to go out I have it I didn't go out at all this summer you know I
I'm totally fine with it and you just gotta change your mindset change your
priorities if you want to make changes in your life and so I haven't been
drinking don't think and personally for me definitely when I drink I gain
weight like for sure and so and personally I prefer to have popcorn than a
drink so yeah I really hope you enjoyed this video if you want to leave any
