Keto Fit my waist looks a little slimmer which is great I'm not I don't think I'm gonna do like a huge before now I've been taking so many pictures of myself in my underwear naked recently because I really want to attract me results but also I feel like you know I've been looking at pictures I'm like I don't see much difference but you know I have to keep in mind like my face got slimmer you know when I'm looking at that picture I'm only looking at my stomach and you know the way is gonna come off eventually it's just I can't be such and Russian trust me I'm an impatient person see I tried to bleach my hair and like go from black to blonde and one day look what happened you know damaged my hair and so yes I could do be super restrictive with my diet it was all the weight but then I'll go back eventually to eating popcorn or Friday nights and so I'm gonna gain the weight again you know so you just have to find balance in life well yeah basically for this video I just wanted to share my journey of this I feel so much more productive motivated like I change my pride priority I changed my priorities and life I don't really go out anymore which I mean I love to go and have fun but I've just changed my mindset you know I go to the gym now on Friday nights instead of going to a bar cuz you know when I look back like nothing ever





good happened from me going to a bar like you know I never found a guy at the bar like I was going out before I was like maybe I'll meet someone no idea oh I mean I met Keto Fit Australia some but you know and so when I was we both found out a boyfriend at the gym who knows so though I just feel like I changed my private priorities and at first I was like oh my gosh that's a lot of money because a personal trainer is not cheap and you know my gym membership is not cheap and I was like okay I'm gonna be spending like over a hundred I don't know how much I'm spending actually I mean two sessions one session with a personal trainer is $60 so two a month plus my membership but then I started thinking I was like well when I go out and I have drinks I can spend hundred dollars in just one night you know with cab alcohol food I would spend a lot of money when I would go out and so why not just take that money and you know you for my health like that's good of course you can go to a more affordable gym you don't have to go see your personal trainer personally I'm really really glad I did I think just to start you should definitely get a few sessions with a personal trainer if you're really serious serious about doing this for me you know um it really helped me and he makes me do like workout that I don't think I would have ever done
