Keto Fit by myself so that's great but yeah basically this video I just wanted to share like if I can do this you can do it too you know I don't I feel like I'm not super inspirational in my videos but I hope this video inspired you in a way because as I said if I can do it you pins and Witsel okay like there's so many people like I've seen people in wheelchair workout um at my gym there is this guy he had a cast on and he was still working out you know mean I'm still working out of course my health is not the worst ever but you know just feel like you know ever since I started the gym and more productive and I'm just more motivated and yeah I just feel like I got my left under control you know I mean not so much but I just feel like my life is doing much better I go three times a week at least because I'm weight training I can't go too often because I want to give my body some rest but I go at least three times a week but I prefer to go for sometimes five I think to make changes in your life you have to first accept yourself you know and like for me at one point I hated my body now my body then changed all that much but I love my body a lot more so I have to I feel like you have to come to this place of self-acceptance to then change which this is completely different but like I used to be obsessed with I really wanted a boob job like I was




so insecure I really really really really really wanted one and then at one point I was actually like totally fine I was like ah I actually don't want a boob job like I love my boobs and Keto Fit Australia you know I came to that self-acceptance and now I'm like you know what if I want to get a boob job I could it would be totally fine because I wouldn't be getting a boob job to fix my deep deep deep insecurities about not feeling sexy not feeling attractive all that you know it I wouldn't get a boot off of that and just get a boob job because I I want bigger boobs you know and so yeah it's kind of weird it's like yes I think you can make changes to change yourself if I was still super insecure about my body I would be working out be obsessed I mean I'm I do love the gym I do like to go a lot you know I would be super obsessed and you know after two months of not seeing major changes it would just be like you know this is not working I'm just gonna go back to eating um but no I feel like you know I've said everything I mean not everything there's so much more I could say but I didn't mention all the workouts I do because video would just be too long so what I'll do I asked you to ask me some questions on questions on histogram and so I will do a separate video answer those and talk about all the machines I've been doing and like
